About Nextura Interiors
We started Nextura because good designs kept getting butchered by bad execution. 11 years later, we're still the team that does everything — design, civil, MEP, interiors — so nothing falls through the cracks.
Our Story
I started Nextura in 2013 because I was tired of watching good designs get butchered by bad execution. The first project was a 3,000 sq.ft. accounting firm in Jayanagar. We did everything — design, civil, MEP, furniture — and delivered in 7 weeks. That's still how we work. One team, start to finish.
Since then, we've done 143 projects across Bangalore. Small stuff like 2,000 sq.ft. dental clinics in HSR Layout. Big stuff like 80,000+ sq.ft. IT campus fit-outs in Whitefield and Electronic City. Fintech startups, retail chains, hotel groups, healthcare clinics, co-working spaces — we don't say no to commercial work.
We work out of BHIVE Workspace in BTM Layout. Our joinery workshop is in Peenya Industrial Area and our materials warehouse is in Bommasandra. The team is 45 people — structural engineers, interior designers, MEP specialists, and a procurement team that's built relationships with Kajaria, Gyproc, Havells, Century Ply, and 40+ other suppliers across Karnataka over 11 years.
How We Actually Work
One Team, One Number
Every project gets a single project lead who runs architecture, interiors, civil, and MEP. You call one person. You have one weekly meeting. Nobody points fingers at somebody else's team.
No Material Surprises
We write down every material spec before we buy anything. Brand, grade, finish, price — you sign off on all of it. No sneaky substitutions. The spec sheet is part of your contract.
Daily Updates, No Excuses
You get a detailed MS Project schedule on Day 1. Daily site photos on WhatsApp. And if something's going wrong, we tell you that day — not at the end of the month. Our on-time delivery rate across the last 50 projects is 94%.

We don't have siloed departments. Every project gets one director who controls design, engineering, procurement, and site execution — the whole four-step process. The person responsible for your project actually has the authority to make it happen. And the people who design your space are the same ones who build it and hand you the keys. We don't subcontract the hard parts. For big projects, we bring in vetted labour partners we've worked with for years across Bangalore.
