Nextura Interiors is Bangalore's single-source partner for commercial construction and interior design. We exist because businesses deserve spaces that are built with the same rigour and intention they bring to their own work.
Our Story
Nextura Interiors was founded in 2013 by Ranjith Reddy after a decade of watching design intent get lost between architects, contractors, and interior designers. The first project was a 3,000 sq.ft. accounting firm in Jayanagar — design, civil work, MEP, and furniture, all delivered by one team in 7 weeks. That project proved that a single-source approach produces better spaces and eliminates the coordination failures that plague multi-vendor projects.
Since then, we have completed over 150 commercial interior and construction projects across Bangalore — from 2,000 sq.ft. dental clinics in HSR Layout to 80,000+ sq.ft. IT campus fit-outs in Whitefield and Electronic City. Our clients include fintech startups, retail chains, hotel groups, healthcare providers, and co-working operators.
We operate from BHIVE Workspace in BTM Layout, with a dedicated joinery workshop in Peenya Industrial Area and a materials warehouse in Bommasandra. Our team of 45 includes licensed structural engineers, IGBC-certified interior designers, MEP specialists, and a full-time procurement team that manages vendor relationships with Kajaria, Gyproc, Havells, Century Ply, and over 40 other material suppliers across Karnataka.
How We Operate
Integrated Delivery
Every project is managed by a single project lead who coordinates architecture, interiors, civil, and MEP work. This means you have one number to call, one weekly meeting, and one team that owns the outcome.
Material Accountability
We document every material specification in writing before procurement. You approve the brand, grade, finish, and price. No substitutions without written consent. Our specification sheets are part of the contract.
Schedule Discipline
We share a detailed MS Project schedule on Day 1, track progress daily with site photographs, and flag delays within 24 hours — not at the end of the month. Our current on-time delivery rate across the last 50 projects is 94%.

Our Team
Nextura is structured around integrated project teams rather than siloed departments. Each project is led by a project director who has authority over design, engineering, procurement, and site execution — following our structured four-step process from discovery to handover. This means the person accountable for your project's success controls every lever needed to deliver it. We do not subcontract core capabilities. The people who design your space are the same people who build it and hand you the keys. For large-scale projects, we scale our site workforce with vetted labour partners we have worked with for years across Bangalore.
