Commercial interiors,
built right.
We handle design, construction, MEP, furniture — everything. So you don't end up playing middleman between five different vendors. That's the whole point of what we do.
One team.
No excuses.
That's it.
Most commercial interior projects in Bangalore fail the same way. The architect blames the contractor. The contractor blames the MEP guy. And the client gets stuck in the middle paying for everyone's mistakes.
We built Nextura specifically to eliminate that. One team handles everything — from the first site visit to the final handover. Our process is simple: the same people who pour your foundation also pick your finish materials. It's faster, it costs less, and nobody gets to point fingers. We learned this the hard way on a Koramangala project back in 2016 where three separate vendors nearly doubled the client's budget. Never again.
Craft
Our Peenya workshop guys would kill me for calling their work "craft" — they'd say it's just doing the job properly. But here's what that means: we fabricate our own millwork instead of buying off-the-shelf. We source stone from the same two suppliers in Yeshwanthpur we've used for 11 years because we trust their consistency. And we use licensed electricians, not day-labor subs who disappear after the job. The difference? Shadow gaps that stay aligned after two monsoons. Paint that doesn't yellow. Hardware that still works smooth after years of daily use.
Substance
We spec Gyproc because our project managers got tired of replacing warped local-brand gypsum board after every monsoon. That's it. No deeper philosophy. Same with Kajaria tiles in corridors — they pass MOHS 7 hardness, so they don't crack when someone drags a filing cabinet across them. And Havells MCBs actually trip when they should, unlike the cheap ones that just... don't. Every material choice we make has a boring, practical reason behind it. We write it all down in spec sheets so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
Performance
WhatsApp photo updates started because a client in Whitefield complained he couldn't visit site during weekday traffic on the ORR. Fair point. Now every client gets daily photos from their dedicated site engineer. We share the MS Project schedule on Day 1 — not a vague timeline, an actual schedule with dates. Change orders get priced within 48 hours with a line-by-line breakdown. No lump-sum surprises. And if something breaks in the first 12 months, we're at your site within 24 hours. That's for anywhere inside Bangalore city limits.
From foundation
to finish.
Everything under one contract. When something goes wrong — and on a construction site, something always does — there's one team to fix it. Ours.
Commercial Construction
RCC and steel-frame structures. We handle BBMP plan approvals too — which, if you've dealt with BBMP, you know is half the battle. Foundation work accounts for Bangalore's tricky black cotton soil.
Interior Design & Fit-Out
Space planning, 3D walkthroughs in Enscape so you see it before we build it, material sourcing, and full execution. Empty shell to move-in ready. We've done this 80+ times now.
Design-Build Integration
One contract. One team. If the ceiling leaks, you don't need to figure out whether to call the waterproofing guy or the MEP contractor. You call us.
MEP Services
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems. We also deal with BESCOM — yes, the whole process — DG sets, and BMS integration. The unglamorous stuff that makes a building actually work.
Renovation & Adaptive Reuse
Renovations while you're still operating. Sounds stressful, but we've done it enough times to know the trick: phase everything and keep the dust barriers up. A hotel in Koramangala didn't get a single guest complaint during their 8-week reno.
Project Management & Consulting
Already have your own vendors but need someone to keep them honest? We do independent PMC with weekly reports, cost tracking, and quality audits. Think of us as the person who actually reads the invoices.
Spaces we've actually built.
Materials we specify.
Brands we actually use. Not aspirational, just what works.
We've built most types.
Here's the full list.
Each space type has its own headaches. A restaurant kitchen has completely different ventilation needs than a server room. We've figured out the details for all of these.
Office Spaces
Our bread and butter. Corporate HQs, IT parks, tech campuses. We've done enough of these to know what works and what's a waste of money.
Retail Shops
Storefronts that actually get people to walk in. Turns out, good lighting does more for sales than a fancy logo.
Showrooms
Display spaces where the room makes the product look better. We've done automotive, jewellery, and furniture showrooms.
Warehouses & Godowns
Efficient storage and logistics facilities built for scale and safety.
Co-working Spaces
The tricky part is getting the acoustics right between open areas and private pods. We've figured that out.
₹8K – ₹25K / seat / monthRestaurants & Cafes
Kitchen exhaust, grease traps, fire suppression — the stuff diners never see but the FSSAI inspector definitely will.
Industrial Spaces
Heavy-duty facilities engineered for safety, compliance, and throughput.
Manufacturing Units
Production-ready floors with optimized layout and utility infrastructure.
Shopping Centres & Malls
Large-format retail destinations with tenant coordination and anchor planning.
Amusement Parks
Themed entertainment venues built for safety, durability, and delight.
Sports Clubs
Athletic facilities with specialized flooring, acoustics, and ventilation.
Hotels
Lobbies, rooms, restaurants, back-of-house. Hotels are the most complex projects we do, and honestly, the most satisfying when they come together.
Healthcare & Clinics
Medical interiors need to be sterile and compliant. No shortcuts here — the regulations exist for good reason and we follow every one.
Event Venues & Banquets
Grand event spaces with modular staging, lighting infrastructure, and acoustics.
Schools & Institutions
Learning environments built for focus, safety, and inspiration.
Construction services
by space type.
Not just interiors — we do ground-up construction too. Foundation to finishing, all under one contract.
Office Construction
Full-scale office building construction — structural, MEP, and civil work for corporate HQs and IT parks.
Retail & Showroom Construction
Retail and showroom builds designed for brand impact, foot traffic, and compliance.

Ground-up hospitality construction — from boutique hotels to full-service properties.

How we actually work.
No mysteries.
Discovery
We show up with a laser measure and document everything — columns, beams, ducts, service points. You get a proper scaled floor plan within 3 days. Not a rough sketch.
Design
We build your space in 3D first using Enscape. You can virtually walk through it before we touch a single wall. Two revision rounds are included — most clients use both.
Build
Daily WhatsApp photos. Weekly site meetings if you want them. The full MS Project schedule is yours from Day 1 — so you always know where things stand.
Handover
We walk through every room with you and a punch list. You get as-built drawings, all warranty documents, and our 12-month defect liability in writing. Then we get out of your way.
What clients actually say.
Honestly didn't expect them to finish early. But they did — 3 days ahead, and Rs 4 lakh under what they'd quoted. We've sent two other companies in our building their way since then.
I run a store, so I can't be on-site during the day. The WhatsApp updates were a lifesaver — photos every evening showing what got done. And the woodwork on our display units? People ask us who built them. That never happened with our old shop.
We couldn't shut down the hotel for renovations — that's two months of revenue gone. Nextura did the lobby and 12 rooms floor by floor while guests were staying in the building. Zero complaints. I still don't fully understand how they managed the noise.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the average cost of commercial interior design in Bangalore?+
Commercial interior design in Bangalore costs Rs. 1,800 to Rs. 4,000 per sq.ft. for standard fit-outs. Premium interiors with imported materials and custom millwork range from Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 6,500 per sq.ft. The final cost depends on scope, material grade, MEP complexity, and project timeline.
How long does an office fit-out take in Bangalore?+
A standard 10,000 sq.ft. office fit-out typically takes 10-14 weeks from design sign-off to move-in. This includes 2-3 weeks for design and approvals, 6-8 weeks for construction and MEP installation, and 1-2 weeks for furniture installation and snag fixes.
What is a single-source interior design and construction company?+
A single-source or design-build company handles both interior design and construction under one contract and one team. This eliminates coordination gaps between separate architects, contractors, and MEP engineers. At Nextura Interiors, one project lead manages architecture, interiors, civil work, and MEP from concept through handover.
Which areas in Bangalore does Nextura Interiors serve?+
We serve all commercial zones across Bangalore including Whitefield, Electronic City, Outer Ring Road, Koramangala, Indiranagar, MG Road, HSR Layout, BTM Layout, Manyata Tech Park, Hebbal, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, and Bommasandra.
Do you handle BBMP approvals and building permits?+
Yes. We coordinate BBMP plan approval, structural plan certification, fire NOC from Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Services, BESCOM power connection, and BWSSB water connection as part of our project management scope. BBMP plan approval for commercial projects under 15m height currently takes 45-90 days in Bangalore.
