Step 1: Discovery & Brief
We show up with a laser measure and a notebook. Walk the site. Measure every column, beam, duct, and electrical panel. Ask questions. You get a scaled floor plan in 3 days, plus a rough budget range so you know what you're looking at. Free for projects above 5,000 sq.ft.
Step 2: Design & Planning
We design in Revit, render in Enscape. You can walk through your space on screen before we touch a wall. We give you 2-3 layout options with material palettes and lighting. Two rounds of revisions included. Every material gets documented — brand, grade, finish, price — and that spec sheet becomes part of your contract. Our interior design team sits with engineering so nothing gets designed that can't actually be built. Then we move to construction.
Step 3: Build & Execute
Daily WhatsApp photo updates. No exceptions. If something's off, we flag it same day — not next week. You get a detailed MS Project schedule on Day 1 and weekly site meetings. Change orders? Priced within 48 hours with a line-item breakdown. Our design and construction teams work from the same office, so when a site condition needs a design tweak, it happens in hours. Not weeks.
Step 4: Handover & Support
Joint walkthrough. You flag anything that doesn't look right. We fix punch-list items within 5 days. You get as-built drawings, electrical schematics, HVAC layouts, warranty certificates, and a maintenance guide. 12-month warranty on materials and workmanship. Warranty response within 24 hours inside Bangalore. And honestly, most of our clients stick around — they come back for expansions, new locations, and fit-out tweaks.
